Know Our Founder

I am Anita Soina, a young Climate and Community Development Advocate from the Indigenous Maasai community in Kenya. I also identify as a digital creator and storyteller, using my platforms to share authentic stories from communities affected by climate change, while showcasing how we are not just victims, but also leaders shaping solutions.

I founded Restoration Warriors Africa, a youth-led movement that empowers young people to lead restoration efforts, heal the land, inspire communities, and build climate resilience across Africa.

I served as the Global Youth Champion for the UN-hosted Sanitation and Water for All partnership (2023–2024).

In 2022, I was Kenya’s youngest parliamentary candidate 2022 at just 21 years old, running under a Green Party in a political space and region where youth, women, and green politics rarely take center stage. 

I hold a BA in Public Relations and Corporate Communication from Multimedia University of Kenya and am currently pursuing an MA in Community Development at Daystar University.
